In Hari raya Idul Adha 2012, I went to Slawi, Tegal Regency. And that was the first time I ate sate kambing. And it was soooooo hillariously delicious.
Sate kambing Tegal is widely-known as the most delicious one. why? because they make it from a lamb in its 2-3 months old. It has tender and sweet taste and not hard-to-bite- like crock. And the most fascinating this is that the lamb cooked really well. They grill it, but it's not burnt, and it's not raw too. I can't explain how it really taste huhuhuhuhu.....oh my God, I drool when I write this :9 hehehe
but really, one word to describe those foods above, AMAZING!!!
