Program Diet

Hi,

Minggu lalu,10 Oktober 2015, saya mengunjungi penjahit langganan saya didaerah CInere, selain untuk ngukur tubuh mau bikin baju, sekalian mau ngambil seragam yang bulan lalu saya jahit disana. Seragam ini adalah seragam nikahan untuk salah satu sahabat saya yang akan menikah pada bulan November nanti.

Setelah melalui perjalanan panjang, terhitung saya berangkat pukul setengah sebelas dari Kebon Kacang, saya sampai didaerah Pasir Putih , Sawangan Depok pukul 12 an siang. Sekalian ngukur baju. tante penjahit meminta saya untuk fitting kebaya seragam. Kebayanya saat itu belum jadi full, karena belum dikasih kancing untuk finishing. Ketika saya mencoba bajunya, baguuuss bgt, warna kainnya kuning, bikin kulit jadi bersinar. hehehe pas tantenya masih ke ruang ganti, tantenya mencoba ngepasin kebayanya dengan menarik kebayanya kerah belakang, seakan-akan dikancing.

Tante (T) : *menarik kebayanya*

Aku (A) : Hegg....

T : Wuaduh, sempit ini, ngepres banget, jelek jatohnya.

A : Ih iya tan, aduh saya gendutan

T : Kalo gini harus digedein ini kebayanya, aduh masih ada bahan lebihan ga ya? Ini aja belum ditambahin manset udah pas pas banget, kalo ditambah manset bisa ga muat

A : Tapi kan nanti saya kasi korset tan, masa masih ga muat? kalo ga saya diet deh

T : Yang penting tante coba tambah dulu kalo bahannya masih ada,nanti diukur lagi, kamu bisa yakin kalo kamu bisa kurusan?

A : Ya saya diet dulu sih tan, tapi gapapa sihkalo emangmauditambah dulubuat jaga-jaga

Beginilah percakapan saya dengan tantenya ketika lagi fitting baju. sebeeell, sebulan lebih dikit masa badannya udah melar aja-___-

Oleh karena itu, saya mencanangkan program diet demi menyelamatkan muka saya dari seragam kekecilan di nikahan temen saya nanti. Program diet tersebut anara lain:

1. Tidak makan karbo atau gula malam-malam

2. Olahraga 3x seminggu, dimana 2x latihan ngikutin PT, 1x latihan ikut kelas semacam body combat, body balance, yoga. 

3. Cheating hanya diperbolehkan sekali-sekali (kalo bisa jangan)

4. Berat yang harus diturunkan  sebesar 5kg, sehingga target berat menjadi 52 kg.

Program diet ini dimulai pada hari ini, 13 OKtober 2015 hingga1bulan kedepan,agar dapat tampil fit di nikahan Ana pada tanggal 25 November nanti.

Persiapan Umroh 2015

Hi, I am back, dengan tulisan yang kayanya bisa dipakai masyarakat umum (hehehe), terinspirasi juga buat nulis karena saya ngerasa blog-blog begini sangat ngebantu banget pas lagi nyari-nyari informasil. Akhirnya, walaupun kebanyakan alurnya sama ama blog-blog sebelunya yang udah saya baca, here it goes...

So, saya dan mama berencana untuk melaksanakan umroh akhir tahun ini. Sebelum umroh, tentu banyak sekali persyaratan-persyaratan yang perlu dilengkapi, salah satunya adalah surat keterangan vaksin Meningitis.

Untuk vaksin meningitis sndiri cuma bisa didapatkan ditempat tempat khusus (untuk jakarta) yaitu:
1. KKP Bandara Soekarno Hatta
2. KKP Bandara Halim Perdana Kusuma
3. KKP Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok.

Sebelumnya, info dari blogger-blogger yang lain, Garuda Sentra Medika awalnya melayani suntik vaksin meningitis, namun untuk saat ini sudah tidak lagi. Saya sempet crosscheck ke Garuda Sentra Medika nya, ternyata memang benar mereka sudah tidak melayani suntik vaksin meningitis lagi.

Berhubung kebanyakan KKP ini jam operasionalnya seperti jam kerja biasa, Senin-Jumat jam 8 smpe jam 4 sore dengan waktu istirahat jam 12 sampai jam 1 siang, sulit bagi saya untuk minta ijin dari kantor, kalo make cuti pun sayang karena cuti saya untuk tahun ini cuma tersisa 1 hari lagi. Pucuk dicinta ulampun tiba, saya kebetulan disuruh dinas ke Bandung dari hari Senin- Kamis, berhubug Surat Perjalanan Dinasnya berlaku hingga Jumat, saya menggunakan kesempatan emas ini untuk melakukan vaksin Meningitis di Bandung.

Setelah searching kesana-kemari, surfing dari satu blog ke blog lainnya, akhirnya saya mendapatkan informasi bahwa vaksin meningitis dapat dilakukan di KKP Bandara Husein Sastranegara.  Awalnya galau karena taxi kebanyakan tidak familiar dengan kantor KKP, taunya cuma bandaranya aja dan ketika dilihat di google maps, hasilnya melenceng jauh dari alamat resmi kantornya. Akhirnya, berbekal tekad akan bertanya ke orang-orang disekitar bandara, saya pun meluncur ke Bandara Husein Sastranegara, hari ini, Jumat pada pukul 8 pagi,

Adapun syarat-syarat yang harus dibawa untuk suntik yaitu:
1. Photocopy paspor 1 lembat
2. Poto berukuran 4x6 1 lembar

Sesampainya di Bandara, kami masuk k area bandara dan bertanya kepada tukang parkir, dimanakah letak kantor KKP tersebut. Ternyata, kantor KKP di Bandara Husein Sastranegara terletak didalam tempat parkir Bandara, disebelah kanan sebelum pintu keluar parkiran. Tempatnya kecil, dan banyak kursi dan tenda yang disediakan diluar untuk mengakomodir membludaknya antrian untuk melakukan vaksinasi.

Tahap-tahapan vaksinasi Meningitis yaitu:
1. Sesampainya disana, akan ada pengisian formulir biodata dengan melampirkan potocopy paspor dan pas poto
2. Selanjutnya formulir tersebut diberikan kepada petugas, dan kita tinggal menunggu panggilan dari petugas untuk melakukan pemeriksaan awal.
3. Setelah dipanggil petugas, petugas akan memerika tekanan darah, tinggi dan berat badan serta suhu tubuh.
4. Selanjutnya petugas akan memanggil 10 orang untuk masuk ke satu ruangan vaksinasi. Untuk perempuan dalam masa subur (terserah udah nikah atau belum), diwajibkan untuk melakukan tes kehamilan terlebih dahulu. Untuk testpack dan botol air seni sudah disediakan petugas, toiletnya pun berada didalam ruangan vaksinasi tersebut.
5. Yang pertama kali disuntik adalah rombongan bapak-bapak, sembari menunggu bapak-bapak selesai disuntik, ibu-ibu gantian ke toilet untuk melakukan tes kehamilan, hasil testersebut diperlihatkan kepada petugas.
6. Untuk suntik meningitis dilakukan di tangan kiri, berhubung semuanya suntik meningitis plus vaksin influenza, sayapun ikut melakukan vaksin influenza hahahha
7. Setelah suntik selesai, tinggal menunggupembayaran di kasir, selanjutnya akan ada panggilan untuk pengambilan kartu tanda sudah vaksin Meningitis.

Total biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk vaksinasi adalah:
1. Biaya pendaftaran pemeriksaan kesehatan Rp20.000,-
2. Biaya vaksin Meningitis Rp260,000,-
3. Biaya Tes kehamilan Rp25,000,-
4. Biaya Pembuatan buku ICV  Rp25,000,-
5. Biaya vaksinasi Influenza Rp155,000

Rancangan Budget

Ini rancangan budget yang akan kami keluarkan selama disana. Namun pada kenyataannya, kami bahkan tidak menggunakan uang contigency dan tidak menggunakan seluruh uang yang sudah dibudgetkan (kalo ga salah kami masih dapat sekitar 150ribu sisadari total-contigency). ya kira-kira kami cuma ngabisin sekitar 1.2 juta (exclude beli oleh2).

Travelling bareng temen-temen dekat itu memang seru,apalagi budget travelling kaya gini, puasnya dapet, tapi ga bikin kantong bolong dan ga bikin dompet jadi serata perutnya Krystal f(x).

Hi there!!

So, I need to make this post as a prolog before another post.

Here it is..

TLC= Terlunta Lunta Club. TLC is a club made by a bunch of "jobless" women who always been stucked to each other since in college. and without realizing, we started goofing together, roaming around Tembalang and the best thing is we still maintain our friendship up until now, until almost 7 years.

The members are:
1. The Alpha, Elisa

The most angelic, the most tolerant, the most kindhearted. Indeed, she is the Alpha whom we are always proud of.
note: pake kata-kata alpha biar keren kaya di jurrasic world ama fast furious .

2. The hermit, Ira-Chan

There are reasons why I call her the hermit. She's calm, quietly observing others, she's a good listener, she rarely talk but she can express her feeling through her drawing. Like a hermit who become "the face" by people around, she's a hermit whose drawing become "the face" of TLC.

3. The Organizer, Erlinda

For anyone who does'tknow which isErlinda, she is the one with the black headcraft.
So Erlinda is the most organized woman in TLC. Organized, neat, tidy. She doesn't need much time to find things. Mas Yama must be very lucky getting her as his wife.

4. The Normal, Devi O

This photo was taken when Aina (Devi's daughter) was still in her womb. Talking about DeviO, she's the most normal person in TLC, she doesn't behave like a kid that  much, she doesn't fooling around that much, She's just normal.


5. The Loudmouth Fika

One word to describe this woman, TOAKK!! She has the looks actually, but when she starts speaking, you'll be taken back abit. She usually speaks in high tone and loud voice. The more excited she is, the louder voice she will made. With that voice, undoubtly, she can sing well, one of the TLCers who's good in singing beside SBU and DeviM. anyway, the more I look at her recently, the more beautiful she is. Maybe that's the bride to-be aura ya.hehehe

6. The Artist, SBU

What should I say about this woman?? She got everything. The voice, the "handskill"- she's good in drawing and such-, the confidence, the drama. She's indeed born to be an artist hahaha

7. The Wanderer, Ana

Do you know the special reason why I call her the wanderer? She literally a wanderer actually, she takes the farest journey amongs us, what makes her special is she wanders alot. wandering alot when looking for rooom keys, looking for hair tie, looking for books, she waders alot because she always forgets. That's the cute side of her.

8. The Maze Runner, Bertha

One of the kindest girl actually, so kind and sensitive until the point that she still thinks deeply on something while people don't. She thinks other people more than herself and tend tomake people happy before making herself feels so. Why I call her a maze runner? For me, she's too kind that sometimes she forgets her own happiness. She is still run in her maze, until she finds the way out, find things she really want to do without worrying what people think about it.

9. The sweetheart, Farisa

I am telling you my weekeness, She is. She has that calming face that she always smile and never pouting. With this beautiful look, she's completed with tha beautiful heart too. To her, I learn to be patient, to be low profile and to be more calm. Love you to the moon and back Cyin.

10. The dork, Annisa

what should I say about this girl?!! She's so creative, most of TLC activities is initiated by this woman.  The mood maker of TLC, bullying target, love to to take selfie but pretend to not interested. but now, the more I see it, she slowly opens her heart and lets people around know that she's so narcistic. In the old times, she would be embrassed if she was caugh taking selfie, or taking photo like that (tunjuk ke atas), wkwkwk.

11.  The Babe, Desty

This person?! What she is not actuallly has? SHe has the beauty. One of the most beautiful girl in TLC taht makes many men are after her. Just one thing, one thiiiinggg needed to make her perfect. She's a little bit messy, she seldom clean her room so that you can't freely lay down on her bed or floor. yup, because there are many dresses, equipments, bags on her floor and bed. She really needs to  hire a house keeper someday to clean up her things.

12. The toughest, DeviM

Devi Marietta, the toughest among us. She's curently leaving for South Korea to study, leaving her family and best friends behind, and I am sure she'll be back n a better condition, with the fresh athmospher, and also with the higher academic title. I am so moved with Devi, who chases after her dream, walking confidentaly and keeping faith with her belief. Hands up, Salute!

13. The Cool, Noor.

She's cool, so cool that she has her own style, confident and very relaxed.  She has her own thinking that many people are not brave enough to do so, yet she made it amazingly. She takes good care of her family and her kids (cats). She tend to look cold outside, seems like she doesn't care much, but actually she does care. Typical of B blood Type.

14. The mash-up, Ninit.

Mash-up in music means many tracks for two or more different songs mixed together in to one song. That's what I accountable for in TLC, mixing up 13 different people in to one group. The way I said it like I am the founder of TLC, dunno, don't care. huahahha.

So this is it! My description about my dearest TLC friends. Don't put it bad in heart if I badmouthing them here. I just did it because I know tt's the truth..hehhehe

They say an unexpected friendships are the best one. That's what we are. We never expect that we will be this close when we unexpectedly bumped into each other in Masjid BI. Indeed we're the best!!

I love you guys,keep in mind that whoever you are, whatever you will be, I am so proud of you and never badmouthing you as bad as what I write here. ngeheheh
